ARABIC TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION SERVICES THROUGHOUT AUSTRALIA IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2017
There are many dialects of Arabic and, over the last few weeks, several of them are frequently used in both translation and interpreting assignments in our offices throughout Australia.
Recently a medico-legal firm in Sydney required the services of an Arabic interpreter to assist one of their clients at a medical appointment for an hour. A client in South Australia needed and Arabic Iraqi interpreter (as well as several other languages) for an event they held in Adelaide on a Saturday. A government organization required one for 6 weeks to assist with a court case, while on another occasion the same organization required an Arabic telephone interpreter for almost 2 hours to assist one of their clients. We received a booking for an Arabic interpreter to attend the Canberra Supreme Court to assist in a case for a full day. A firm of solicitors in Sydney required these services for 2 separate meetings on consecutive weeks. Meanwhile, a Melbourne based legal firm booked the services of an interpreter to attend the magistrates court for a full day to assist their client. We were successful in assisting with all these bookings among others.
A community-based organization required the translation of a brochure from English to Arabic, while a migration agent required the NAATI certified translation of an Arabic license within a day. A similar organization required the translation of an Arabic Police check for one of their clients. A large local government organization required the translation of parts of their website content to be translated to Arabic on several occasions, as well as several other languages.
