A professional firm required the NAATI accredited translation of two pages of a Korean document to English. A Melbourne based law firm required the NAATI certified translation of a 7 page legal document from Korean. A private client arranged for the translation of her driver’s license. A Queensland local government organization required the translation of web content from English to Korean as well as 4 other languages, the same organization returned some time later requiring the NAATI certified translation of another document as well as transcription of a video file into the same languages. They also requested the translation of some safety signage into Korean and 2 other languages. A large Australian television company required the transcription and translation of a Korean audio file as well as the transcription of the English parts of the file.
A Brisbane based law firm required the services of a Korean interpreter to assist their client with a specialist medical appointment, they returned a little later with another similar request for another client. A healthcare solutions firm required the services of an interpreter to assist with an appointment at Peter Mac Cancer Treatment centre in Melbourne. A Queensland government organization booked a Korean interpreter to assist one of their clients with a specialist medical appointment in Brisbane. A company assisting NDIS participants contacted us requiring an interpreter for one of their participants, we were happy to be able to become their provider for interpreter services and assist with tese services on an ongoing basis, we provided services at least five times over this period and hope to assist in future. A medico legal firm in Sydney required an interpreter to attend two separate specialist medical appointments with their client, while a law firm required one to attend a legal meeting. A multinational insurance group organised for an interpreter to attend a meeting in Sydney for an hour and a half. A law firm in Queensland booked an interpreter to attend 2 meetings at their offices within a week.
