We regularly receive requests to translate personal documents from birth and marriage certificates to educational certificates and driving licenses, these sometimes come from private clients and occasionally from immigration or visa agencies, either way they usually require NAATI certification for government reasons. A large Australian mining firm required the translation of a one page document to South American Chilean Spanish as well as one paragraph of said document to be back translated, they also required a separate translator to proofread the translation. A private client requested a translation of a handwritten letter for personal reasons.
